A little something about you: I trained to be a Midwife Assistant with Ina May Gaskin, and The Farm midwives; and am certified as a doula by Childbirth Intl. I´ve taken several teacher trainings: Pregnancy Yoga with Gurmukh as well as a SpiritBabies Yoga in Golden Bridge LA; Yoga & Jewish Spirituality at Elaat Chayyim Center for Jewish Spirituality, and Viniyoga in Akila Yoga. I have also taken several workshops and seminars in yoga therapy, pregnancy yoga, thai massage and human development. I am an a member of Hatzala Panama Emergency Brigade, certified by the Red Cross. I am infinitely passionate about birth, and am never happier than when I am of service.
What you like about YourDoulaBiz: I love to have a database that is designed exactly for our needs as doulas. Completing birth records is fast and easy, keeping all your contact info and billing info in one place is priceless! The new birthday feature is awesome too. I love sending our mammas and babies greetings on their birthdays! Sharing info with your backup must be great (if only I had a backup! (Sigh) )
While not working you can find Sara: If it´s the wind season, I´ll be kiteboarding! I love to hang out with my pups, walk, read and practice yoga. Oh, and I love love love to sing and dance.
